Two other companies (one a well known roofer) told me it was because i needed a new roof. One actually charged me for nailing down a shingle which didnt do squat. J. VENTURA came in and went up to the attic where he found that the leak was caused by a crack in the exhaust pipe. Once this was fixed, problem solved. He didnt even charge us for his time to diagnosis the problem. We decided to have him replace our roof too. And later this spring, they'll remodel some rooms for us. I value honesty, integrity and skills. All three in very short supply nowadays."
